To be attended by an executive it takes you 40 minutes in the waiting room. HSBC should do something to better serve its customers.

J	Janneth Jimenez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de ejecutivos, se tardan un tiempo excesivo en atenderte, hoy fui y me registre en la lista, pero atendieron a una chica antes de mi por que supuestamente ya había ido desde antes y los demás "ejecutivos" que estaban en turno, y a los cuales me acerque para ver si ellos me podían atender me dijeron que me esperara por que tenían que ir a hacer unas compras personales a un centro comercial, regresaron a los 30 minutos con sus refrescos y botanas a comer ahí y solo burlarse por que aun nadie me atendía. Es el peor trato que he recibido de un banco. Terrible executive service, they take an excessive time to attend you, today I went and registered on the list, but they attended a girl before me because supposedly she had already been there before and the other "executives" who were on duty, already who I approached to see if they could assist me, they told me to wait because they had to go to do some personal shopping at a shopping center, they returned 30 minutes later with their soft drinks and snacks to eat there and just made fun of why even nobody attended to me. It is the worst treatment I have ever received from a bank.

Si te gusta perder el tiempo por nada, ¡ve allí! I spent a total of 8 hours with three personal visits at this bank to open an account! They promised me now but it's fine and three days later the account was blocked and they ask me to come back for the fourth time! nothing has changed to comments more than two years ago. If you like wasting time for nothing, go there!
