D	Diana Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, marque antes para que me pudieran resolver una duda y nadie contestó, llegue 3:40 a la sucursal para aperturar una nómina y me dijeron que tenía que ser aun lado con los que se encargan exclusivamente de eso, me recibió pero estaba atendiendo a otra persona y cuando por fin es mi turno me informa que no se puede hacer mi tramite ahí mas que en ventanilla pero ya está cerrado y no me dan otra solución. Hable con el vigilante y con una persona de adentro del banco explicándoles que fue SU ERROR pero no les interesa y siguen diciendo que no me atenderan. Es la primera experiencia que he tenido con este banco y ya no quiero saber nada de el, capaciten a su personal y sean más humanos. i	isabel balderas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine por una reposición de tarjeta, me mandaron de un lado a otro hasta que por fin me atendió la Sra del cubículo 3, me dijo que no estaba mi expediente, según saco copia de mi INE, realizó el proceso y me hizo firmar hojas me dijo que fuera a cualquier sucursal al día siguiente para recogerla, regreso al día siguiente y me mandan de un lado a otro nuevamente, me atiende otro chico y me dice que mi expediente no está y que no sabe qué hizo su compañera, nuevamente saca copias y me hace firmar los documentos me regresa con la del cubículo 3 y todavía se molesta porque le dijeron que no me había atendido...bien, sigo en espera de una tarjeta de nómina que no tienen la capacidad de entregar ...pésimo servicio I came for a card replacement, they sent me from one place to another until finally the Mrs. from cubicle 3 attended me, she told me that my file was not there, as I get a copy of my INE, she carried out the process and made me sign sheets.
