★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal mas lenta a la que e llagado se supone que tienen una fila para 1 o 2 transacciones y pasan gente que hace mas de 5 y tardas eternidades 60 minutos para hacer 1 movimiento cuendo enfrente de mi solo habia 4 personas en la fila

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es deficiente. Principalmente si hay un cliente que es muy amigo de los ejecutivos o si maneja empresas, TODOS sus ejecutivos están brindándole la misma atención, en tanto, los demás clientes debemos esperar porque no tenemos la misma importancia que al que todos atienden.

Siempre operan con 2 cajeros, así que si los dos se ocupan con empresas podrías permanecer hasta 20 minutos hasta que se atienda a otro turno, mas cuando está el personal de Marinela, Sabritas y Bimbo, sobretodo por el hecho de que pagan con morralla.
If you need to do some operation in this branch, arm yourself with patience. They always operate with 2 ATMs, so if the two deal with companies you could stay up to 20 minutes until another shift is attended, but when the personnel of Marinela, Sabritas and Bimbo are there, especially due to the fact that they pay with trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me atendió estaba realizando otras actividades antes que resolver mi petición. Luego, que falló el sistema y puras cosas de esas. Mala atención y poca dedicación a sus clientes. Me tardé hora y media a pesar de que ya "me estaban atendiendo". No recomiendo esta sucursal.
