★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros (En ventanilla) decidieron arbitrariamente no pagar incapacidades porque el IMSS no me dio "El voucher", siendo que con las incapacidades impresas ellas pueden realizar el pago. Ignorancia y pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pueden buscar otra sucursal o de preferencia otro banco, no lo piensen dos veces. El tiempo de espera es inmenso, aún cuando no hay gente, los procesos lentos la atención mala. Ya son dos ocasiones que acudo por distancia a esta sucursal y fue la última.
If you can find another branch or preferably another bank, do not think twice. The waiting time is immense, even when there are no people, slow processes and bad attention. There are already two occasions that I go to this branch by distance and it was the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan preferencia de atención a empleados internos (propios), esto ha sucedido en repetidas ocasiones, no se respeta la bitácora para pasar con asesor y miente la encargada de esta, diciendo tienen cita, para habilitar el lector de huellas entre 2 asesores por mas de 20 minutos, no podían hacerlo.
They give preference to attention to internal (own) employees, this has happened repeatedly, the logbook is not respected to go with an advisor and the person in charge of it lies, saying they have an appointment, to enable the fingerprint reader between 2 advisors for more than 20 minutes, they couldn't do it.
