★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio extremadamente lento (asesores para atender a 5 clientes les tomo 1:30 aproximadamente eso es algo excesivo A mi parecer) la mayoría del tiempo, es la única sucursal en Silao aparte de unos cuantos cajeros .
servico aceptable en lo que cabe pero deja mucho que desear el banco y sus servicios y beneficios ,lo único bueno es que por lo regular los cajeros no son muy concurridos así que no tienes que esperar mucho para utilizarlos,la atención al cliente no es muy buena que digamos
Extremely slow service (advisors to serve 5 clients took approximately 1:30 that is somewhat excessive In my opinion) most of the time, it is the only branch in Silao apart from a few ATMs.
I serve acceptable as far as possible but leaves much to be desired by the bank and its services and benefits, the only good thing is that the ATMs are usually not very crowded so you do not have to wait long to use them, customer service is not very well let's say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ayer estuve y para hacer un depósito tarde 3 horas y la fila llegaba hasta Domino's y nada más una cajeras deverian de 0oñer más pésimo banco tratan mal a los clientes atienden a los conocidos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal cervicio dicen que abren alas 8.30 y los ejecutivos van llegando hasta las 9.10 y dicen que no ay sistema son unos huevones nada más ay 3 ejecutivos de los 8 que mal servicio si por mi fuera ni una estrella le pongo todos se están haciendo pato nadie ha a nada para ayudar y poder resolver los problemas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio a cliente, les importa mas hacer aperturas de cuentas e inversiones que atender a los clientes, tarde 3 hrs en pasar con un ejecutivo y eso que era el 4to en la fila pasaban otros clientes como si nada y lo peor que no me solucionaron nada!!! y si lo podían hacer hable a servicio a clientes y ellos me explicaron como hacerle por teléfono muy bien en el banco pésimo
Bad customer service, they care more about opening accounts and investments than serving customers, it took 3 hours to spend with an executive and that was the 4th in line, other customers passed by as if nothing and the worst thing that they did not solve me any!!! And if they could do it, talk to customer service and they explained to me how to do it on the phone very well in the lousy bank
