1.- Te hacen esperar afuera, aún teniendo vacío adentro.
2.- El "ejecutivo" Gabriel Mármol se la pasó más en el teléfono viendo historias de Instagram y hablando por WhatsApp que apoyando para el trámite que solicité (que por cierto, no me ayudó porque el mensaje que debía llegarme nunca llegó y le echó la culpa a mi teléfono en lugar de a su sistema incompetente)
Pésima atención, escasa rapidez para atender a cada persona y horrible sistema.
If I could I would give it zero stars.
1.- They make you wait outside, even having emptiness inside.
2.- The "executive" Gabriel Mármol spent more time on the phone watching Instagram stories and talking on WhatsApp than supporting the process I requested (which by the way, did not help me because the message that was supposed to reach me never arrived and he sent blame my phone instead of your incompetent system)
Terrible attention, little speed to attend to each person and horrible system.
