Estoy viendo que el problema con los cajeros automáticos ya tiene más de 1 semana que no es resuelto. El problema es cuando pasas a caja y te dicen que tienen que tomarte las huellas. ¿POOOOOOOR? En ninguna sucursal del HSBC me han pedido huellas al solicitar retiro en ventanilla. Con la pura INE tienen que darte tu dinero. Muy mal servicio. Vayan a la sucursal de WTC o de Division del Norte y Luz Saviñon, ahí sí te atienden bien.

Entre su mal trato y su actitud déspota no se hacen una, extra del mal servicio NO TIENEN CAJEROS AUTOMÁTICOS, mal servicio en todas formas, usen otro banco por favor pero no los de zona rosa por que tampoco sirven ???

Decir que el servicio es pésimo es decir poco. Es lo peor que puede existir en "servicio financiero". Según el gerente: por temas de contingencia no pueden tener más personas cubriendo la línea de cajas. Mayormente siempre hay una persona en línea de caja, que trabaja super lento. Los cajeros automáticos últimamente no funcionan y cuando supuestamente funcionan no dan dinero. Hacen obras de mantenimiento con la sucursal abierta, uno debe estar esquivando escaleras o cables. Y por ultimo muchas terminales de muchos locales no permiten el cobro con tarjetas HSBC, esto sin mencionar el inconveniente de los últimos días donde de plano HSBC salió a pedir disculpas por fallas. Pésimo servicio para reposición de plásticos.... En fin.

Worst service ever. They have 4 people sitting at their desks and only one is helping a client. One of the ladies at the window is so rude and unhelpful. There is no one guiding people who are outside so it's up to clients to direct each other to the ATM or window or desks. Absolutely pathetic!
