Ni se diga de los ejecutivos, tardan mucho.

Llego corriendo a las 1:55 y que no me va a poder atender, solo van a atender a los que estan adentro que llegaron antes de las 2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día viernes 23 de julio del 2021 acudí a recoger una tarjeta de crédito Zero y la ejecutiva tardó mucho en atender y cuando atendió se dedicó a chatear y a hablar por teléfono sin prestarme atención alguna. En fin, me dió la tarjeta diciendo que posteriormente me llegaría un correo de activación y resulta que no llegó nada, acudí a otra sucursal para activarla y resulta que ni siquiera está llena la solicitud y que tenía que regresar a la sucursal Politécnico. Prefiero perder la tarjeta a volver a acudir ahí. Pésimo, no, nefasto servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy modificando está opinión ya que el personal de la sucursal fue bastante atento con nuestra solicitud. Sin embargo, el banco dedica muy pocas personas, lo que les hace saturarse y no poder atender eficientemente. Bien el personal, mal la empresa.

I've had bad times at that branch, they take too long to attend, they haven't solved anything for me, they don't keep their phone number happy. They agree to call you and they don't, hopefully it's the only branch like this in this bank.
