★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen mal los trámites, no contestan el teléfono. He ido dos veces y no queda, van 15 días que solicité el trámite y no tengo respuesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cualquier banco el servicio de los ejecutivos puede ser muuuuy lento. En esta ocasión el Gerente de la sucursal Alejandro Baena Morales fue muy amable y me dio un buen servicio. Para él 5 estrellas. Muchas gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio. Nada recomendable, 4 ventanillas y sólo un cajero atendiendo. En los escritorios la mitad de los ejecutivos para atender, horas parados esperando, la fila enorme.
Terrible service. Nothing recommended, 4 windows and only one teller attending. At the desks half of the executives to attend, hours standing waiting, the huge line.
