Pésimo servicio... no respetan... y su sistema no funciona. Me dijeron que el sistema no podía continuar porque mis documentos estaban mal y no podía realizar el pago, pase al Scotiabank y me atendieron en menos de 5 minutos. Regresé para amablemente informarles que los datos si estaban bien y que si podían hacer el reporte para que reparen su sistema y la que me atendía me dio la espalda y me dijo: "ya lo reporte" y se fue, dejándome hablando solo...
Terrible service ... they do not respect ... and their system does not work. L E N T O S, asistir con tiempo si vas a área de ejecutivos aproximadamente 1 hora por cada 2 personas, para ventanilla y cajeros en general no hay que esperar tanto

Se entiende que se tomen medidas nuevas por la contingencia, pero llevamos 1 hora y media formados desde que abrió y sigue sin avanzar. Muy lenta la atención. Sale una persona a preguntar quiénes van a ventanilla, pasa a unos pocos y a los demás los deja formados.
