★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Aunque estés formada, pasan a otras personas que llegan después y sin cita. Sigan un orden y que alguien este realmente atento a quien sigue.
 Terrible service. Even if you are trained, they pass to other people who come later and without an appointment. Follow an order and that someone is really attentive to who follows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, hay que esperar el tiempo necesario como cualquier trámite, y hay canales alternos para poder hacer transacciones sin necesidad de acudir a sucursales, claro hay que familiarizarse con la tecnología porque hay mucha gente que aglomera las sucursales por cosas muy simples que podemos hacer desde casa..
