Very slow to attend to boxes, it only has 2 people and very slow and it has only 2 executives, the truth is that it lacks staff to be a hsbc bank

Good bank, the staff is friendly... but there are few staff for so many clients... that makes the service slow... it needs to expand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't go here to get pesos. Go to another bank/ATM. They charge a fee on-top of a terrible exchange rate. Not common in Mexico. There are a couple others around town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried Citibanamex across the road for 3 days now- impossible due to the queues. HSBC's ATMs work fine, the fee is acceptable, and the exchange rates are ok. I would use again and I actually feel even this bank is better than the ones in Tulum, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a good option for us on the weekend. A line, but moved quickly to get pesos from the ATM. 3 exchange ATMs and one local one. Exchange rate was comparable, and there was a small fee, but that's expected. We got 7000 pesos so the fee was small potatoes.
