He sacado cita en 2 ocasiones y no se me han respetado y me han tenido parada mas de una hora
It takes HOURS to pass you, executives take too long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho ojo, el horario de atención es de 10:00 a 17:00 hrs y solo hay una ventanilla disponible, en esa ventanilla se turnan los advance y publico en general, así que sí tienen que ir tome mucha precaución y vaya con tiempo para su turno.
Be careful, the opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and there is only one window available, in that window the advance and the general public take turns, so they do have to go, take great precaution and go with time to your turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre semana casi no hay gente antes del mediodía obviamente tendrás que formarte y esperar tu turno!!! los fines de semana no te recomiendo utilizar cajeros porque casi no hay efectivo!! Tienen estacionamiento

si vas de moto puedes dejarla ahí en la banqueta sólo no te pongas en El paso...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que abren el banco puntual a las 8:30 am, las cajeras tardan más de 15 minutos en empezar a atender al público yo tuve que esperar en una fila 20 minutos sin que hubiera nadie adelante de mi para ser atendida!!
Salí a las 8:55 porque las Señoritas de las cajas son tremendamente lentas para comenzar a trabajar... Pésimo servicio!!
Although they open the bank punctually at 8:30 am, the tellers take more than 15 minutes to start serving the public, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes without anyone in front of me to be attended!
I left at 8:55 because the ladies of the boxes are tremendously slow to start working ... Terrible service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo días!!!! intentando adquirir una tarjeta de débito siempre me dicen que el producto que yo quiero no está disponible pero me ofrecen otras cuentas que si se pueden adquirir y para eso no hay problemas.
Es indignante que quieran obligarte a contratar algo que no necesitas, lamento el tiempo que estoy perdiendo.
I have been days !!!! When trying to acquire a debit card, they always tell me that the product I want is not available but they offer me other accounts that can be purchased and for that there are no problems.
It's outrageous that they want to force you to hire something you don't need, I'm sorry for the time I'm wasting.
