After waiting in line for several minutes, someone arrives at a single cashier who jumps everyone in the line and they pass it before, I think that is discrimination to all the other people we wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrada que no sea un banco tan concurrido, por lo que los tiempos de espera son mucho menores comparado con otros bancos. Rara vez te encuentras gente en sus cajeros. El servicio a cliente fue muy amable conmigo y me ayudo en el tramite fui a realizar, sin problema.
I like that it is not such a crowded bank, so the waiting times are much shorter compared to other banks. You rarely find people at their ATMs. The customer service was very kind to me and helped me in the process I went to carry out, without problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio al cliente. Sólo hay 3 sillas en "sala de espera". Los ejecutivos platican entre ellos y no te atienden. Para tomar turno te apuntas en una hoja. Prepárense para ser atendidos 30 min después de llegar a la sucursal.
The worst customer service. There are only 3 chairs in "waiting room". Executives talk to each other and do not serve you. To take your turn you sign up on a sheet. Prepare to be seen 30 minutes after arriving at the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo estrella únicamente por requisito. Servicio lento (es poco decir), no tienen un orden de atención o no lo respetan. Tener que pasar con un "ejecutivo" significa perder todo el día.
I give it a star only as a requirement. Slow service (it is not enough to say), they do not have an order of attention or they do not respect it. Having to go through with an "executive" means losing the whole day.
