Esta sucursal es pésima. La opinión anterior menciona que se tardó 30 minutos para que le atienda la ejecutiva. A mi me tardó más de dos horas parado y con una sola persona adelante y el trámite que me hicieron lo hicieron totalmente mal. No recomiendo para nada ir a este banco.
This branch is terrible. The previous opinion mentions that it took 30 minutes for the executive to attend. It took more than two hours for me to stand and with only one person in front of me and the process they did to me was totally wrong. I do not recommend going to this bank at all.

Minimo una hora para que te atiendan, no importa si hay 1 o 5 personas delante. No tienen suficiente personal ni hacen un esfuerzo por atender màs ràpido, una basura de banco.
At least one hour to be attended to, it does not matter if there are 1 or 5 people in front. They do not have enough staff or make an effort to attend faster, a bank garbage.

Es una pena ante tantos comentarios negativos y sigan igual no mejoran absolutamente nada, el problema ahí, es el tiempo para resolver, tardan mucho, falta de personal, la atención con poca amabilidad, inclusive las dependencias gubernamentales se quedan cortos al lado de éstos. Seriamente pienso cambiar de banco, pero antes no era así. Ojalá hagan algo.
It is a shame in the face of so many negative comments and they remain the same they do not improve anything at all, the problem there is the time to solve, they take a long time, lack of personnel, attention with little kindness, even government agencies fall short next to them. Nunca hay cajeros, están comiendo o haciendo otras cosas, se hacen las filas....tienen 4 cajas...con suerte hay 2 con cajero....pésimo servicio siempre de HSBC. Abran cuenta en otro banco.
There are never ATMs, they are eating or doing other things, the lines are made ... they have 4 boxes ... hopefully there are 2 with ATM .... always terrible service from HSBC. Open an account at another bank.

Pésimo servicio por part del ejecutivo, pésimos modos, parece como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor de atenderte. Sin inteligencia emocional y sin conocimiento del sistema. Nefasto el servicio, cero actitud de atención al cliente no solucionaron absolutamente nada

Horrible servicio por parte de la empleada que tienen trabajando en el cubículo #1. Es LENTÍSIMA y todavía se enojó cuando le preguntamos que cuánto iba a tardar; diciendo "usted tiene que respetar". Iba a abrir una cuenta aquí pero creo que mejor no. ENSÉÑENLE A SU PERSONAL A DAR UN MEJOR SERVICIO.
Horrible service from the employee they have working in cubicle #1. It's SO SLOW and he still got mad when we asked him how long it was going to take; saying "you have to respect". I was going to open an account here but I think better not. TEACH YOUR STAFF TO GIVE A BETTER SERVICE.

Iba a cambiar 3 billetes, que mi hija rompió. Me dijo el cajero de al lado de la ventanilla dónde me estaban atendiendo "no tienen valor, no sirven, no tiene ni la mitad del billete" se lo muestro que está completo y me dice "no, no vale nada" PD en una tienda me lo cambiaron. Si existe el infierno es una sucursal de HSBC. HORRIBLE lugar. PÉSIMO servicio.
