★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, desde que llegas nadie se te acerca a apoyarte, tú tienes que estar preguntando por algún trámite, no dan turnos. Entre los ejecutivos pasan o dan preferencia a gente que conocen o vienen con ellos en lugar de respetar la fila que las personas hacen. En general la experiencia se siente como la de un servicio lento, deficiente y cero empático.
Bad attention, since you arrive nobody approaches you to support you, you have to be asking about some procedure, they do not take turns. Among the executives they pass or give preference to people they know or come with them instead of respecting the line that people make. Overall the experience feels like slow, poor service and zero empathy.
