Pesima atención, de 4 cajas que tienen solo ponen a 1 cajero a atender a los clientes, la fila sale hasta la avenida Lopez Mateos hasta el pavimento y peor en quincena y en dia de pensiones, pobres ancianitos el estar parados 2 horas y media para cobrar su pension. La señora "gerente" despota, prepotente y solo da respuestas como: "se tiene que esperar", "ni modo", "reclamele a la empresa", "aguantese". En el area de apertura de cuentas y colocación de tarjetas de credito si estan llenas las posiciones y trabajan al 100% de su capacidad pero ya cuando tienen al cliente cautivo en la atención en cajas ya solo atienden al 25% de su capacidad.

Un servicio de tan porquería!! Bola de mamertos!!!! desde la de intendencia hasta el recepcionista y los ejecutivos, iba a aperturar una cuenta con ellos donde te dejan afuera sin ningun tipo de información, se tardan un buen mientras que entra gente sin formarse y los atienden primero, ya cuando pasas con el ejecutivo te hace caras viendote de pies a cabeza diciendo que no te puede atender porque la información que traes n oes suficiente cuando en el documento para aperturar se comenta que si es suficiente, me regreso y voy al siguiente día con todo lo que supuestamente faltaba para que la de intendencia no dejara pasar a las personas porque no queria que le ensuciaran su suelo después paso con una ejecutiva que literalmente no me prestaba atención tomando una llamada en mi cara cuando era mi turno y apesar de tener todo completo me pidio información extra. Uno de los cajeros no sirve y mucha gente conocida me ha comentado que hacen estafas metiendote tarjetas de credito a la de a huevo. NO LO RECOMIENDO VAYAN CON EL AZUL ESE ES EL JEFE DE TODOS LOS BANCOS chinchurrientos como este TRAMITES SEGUROS Y CON AMABILIDAD.
