Tardan más de tres horas para atenderte con un ejecutivo y al exponer tu queja te cierran la puerta en la cara. Contraten más personal si no quieren perder más clientes
Terrible service from the staff.
They take more than three hours to attend you with an executive and when you present your complaint they close the door in your face. Hire more staff if you don't want to lose more customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't want me to be in the bank with my one and three year old while we were taking care of business using their banking services. Seriously. Scared of two toddlers indoors. Having toddlers on the street while my wife takes care of things is much safer, great job guys. Try using your head instead of being terrified.
