Terrible service. The bank IS EMPTY but they will not eat you if you are not a PREMIER CUSTOMER. HSBC will never change, it hates its customers

Card replacement 50 minutes and counting... other services we don't know... Change banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no hay cajeros en esta sucursal, no les recomiendo retirar en caja pues el servicio ya es lento y la plantilla al parecer no permite más de 2 ejecutivos en ventanilla.

There are no more ATMs at this branch, I do not recommend withdrawing at the cash desk as the service is already slow and the staff apparently does not allow more than 2 executives at the window.
