El día de hoy lunes 12 de Junio del 2017 fui a esta sucursal y estando formado en la fila para tarjeta habientes ADVANCE, no me atendieron sino hasta cuatro turno después, no me explico para que tienen esas dos filas en sucursal si las cajeras no respetan los códigos institucionales de HSBC, muy mal servicio.

Pésimo servicio, fui por una tarjeta, resulta que me dan la tarjeta pero me indica el ejecutivo ANTONIO JARAMILLO que si no acepto y firmo un contrato por otra tarjeta de debito no me completaria el proceso, que era obligatorio, dije que no queria nada, rompi contrato firmado y tarjeta en su cara, mas de una hora y el sr checando su celular a cada rato, le hablo a la directora BEATRIZ MENECES MARIN y le explique y dijo que no era necesario que me esperara mas para que viera que podia hacer. PESIMO

Pésimo servicio. Hace meses mi abuela fue a realizar una consulta de saldo. Meses después, se dio cuenta de que le habían metido un seguro que no pidió ni le mencionaron. No es justo que abusen de las personas de la tercera edad. El personal de este banco abusa a sabiendas de que este tipo de personas pertenece, por un lado, a grupos vulnerables y, por otro, a sabiendas de que no revisan sus estados de cuenta. No es justo que por cumplir con unas "metas", le roben el dinero a personas mayores. Son una basura de humanos.

No vayan a esa sucursal, los asesores nunca pueden solucionar nada, hay poco personal y te citan un día y hora y no llegan. Pésimo servicio en esa sucursal.
