★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio además de tardado se presta a malas interpretaciones ya que tengo que cobrar mis incapacidades en este banco y si es de más de diez mil pesos y no quieres abrir una cuenta con ellos la cual casi te obligan, te hacen esperar hasta media hora lo que hace pensar que podrían estar coludidos con la delincuencia si te llegará a tocar un asalto. La verdad muy mal.
 Poor service in addition to delayed lends itself to misunderstandings because I have to charge my disabilities in this bank and if it is more than ten thousand pesos and do not want to open an account with them which almost force you, make you wait up to half an hour which suggests that they might be in collusion with the crime if it will touch an assault. The truth is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a abrir una cuenta son muy amables, pero si decides cancelar tu cuenta te tratan mal y te ponen muchas trabas. Por lo que si recibo una llamada de su parte, les digo que no me interesa nada de ellos.
If you are going to open an account they are very kind, but if you decide to cancel your account they treat you badly and put many obstacles in your way. So if I get a call from them, I tell them I'm not interested in anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hsbc es un banco muy conocido. En particular esta sucursal es pequeña y eventualmente se saturan sus espacios. Su personal es un poco de todo. Algunos muy amables pero muy apegados a las políticas y procedimientos del banco - ningún defecto en ello - otros un poquitin flexibles hacen lo necesario para resolver los problemas y necesidades de clientes muy adultos mayores y sin romper reglas te dan un gran apoyo, te vas entonces más que agradecido.
Hsbc is a very well known bank. In particular, this branch is small and its spaces eventually become saturated. His staff is a bit of everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente el servicio es muy lento, para que te atienda un ejecutivo el tiempo promedio es de 2 hrs. La última ocasión mi experiencia fue que quería cancelar mi tarjeta HSBC, porque me hicieron abrir una cuenta para poder cobrar una incapacidad. Al quererla cancelar estuve más de 2 hrs y no pude concluir el proceso porque había hecho una compra 30 hrs antes y estaba retenido ese dinero, así que tengo que regresar otro día. Me gustaría que mejorarán el servicio, pasamos muchas hrs en el trabajo como para que en el BANCO pierdamos horas esenciales.
Unfortunately the service is very slow, for an executive to assist you the average time is 2 hours. The last time my experience was that I wanted to cancel my HSBC card, because they made me open an account to be able to collect a disability. When I wanted to cancel it, I was there for more than 2 hours and I couldn't finish the process because I had made a purchase 30 hours before and that money was being withheld, so I have to come back another day. I would like them to improve the service, we spend so many hours at work that we lose essential hours at the BANK.
