Le dan prioridad a "sus clientes" y la fila de los que no lo "somos" no avanza, casi una hora para ser atendido, su personal en la plática con conocidos o entre ellos, de solo dos cajeros que atienden ni uno se toma la molestia de atender al menos uno de los nuestros, solo clientes y empresas, y si deseas preguntar te dan la espalda y ni caso, reporte la sucursal y te piden hasta de que color son los calcetines que traía el que no te atendió. Muy, ero muy mal servicio, no son eficientes y mucho menos profesionales. Si no llevas 1 de los comprobantes el encargado de sucursal no te hace la apertura y también tienen un horario para apertura de esas cuentas de 10 am a 2 pm, posterior a esa hora te niegan el servicio. Definitivamente no la recomiendo, la atención es mejor en la sucursales de hsbc cerca de la delegación iztacalco (donde esta el Mac donalds), la del metro viaducto y parque tezontle. Al acudir a las otras sucursales si te ayudan con tu tramite y en verdad se preocupan por el cliente ante la situación de la pandemia.
