★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llegué a las 12:45 se tardan en atender son las 3:32 y no puedo salir del banco y solo es para cobrar mi incapacidad. Solo 4 sillas y todo ese tiempo parada asco total y te obligan a tener cuenta en ese banco del navo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de servicio, los ejecutivos más lentos. Les preguntas algo y si no eres "cliente premier" no te atienden. (Eso comentó la señorita que supongo que una ejecutiva). Esperas más de dos horas para ser atendido. Sugerencia, cambia tú cuenta a otro banco o si no tienes la oportunidad y no te queda de otra, ve a otra sucursal.
Disgust of service, the slowest executives. You ask them something and if you are not a "premier customer" they will not attend you. (That's what the young lady said, I suppose an executive). You wait more than two hours to be attended. Suggestion, change your account to another bank or if you do not have the opportunity and you do not have another, go to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal tienen un pésimo servicio, al parecer tienen tratos con gente de fuera, ya que aunque estés formado entra gente acompañado de ciertas personas y las atienden primero. Y cuando ya es hora de cerrar salen que algo le pasa a su sistema y simplemente no te atienden. Ya me ha pasado más de 3 veces.
In this branch they have a terrible service, apparently they have dealings with outsiders, since even if you are trained, people come in accompanied by certain people and attend them first. And when it is time to close they come out that something happens to their system and they simply do not attend to you. It has already happened to me more than 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención en ventanilla relativamente ágil, sí desean pasar con un ejecutivo, les recomiendo que visiten otra sucursal. Cajeros habilitados. Cuentan con las medidas de seguridad e higiene, por eso les doy una estrella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Uno de los de ventanilla muy grosero, yo no soy cliente del banco, vengo por cobro de un cheque que sólo aquí se puede cobrar y quieren obligarme a abrir una cuenta. Llevo 1 hora esperando a pasar con ejecutivos y aún hay 4 personas antes que yo y de los 5 ejecutivos, sólo 2 están trabajando. Eviten si pueden venir acá o tener temas con este banco @HSBC pésimo servicio.
Terrible service. One of the very rude counter, I am not a bank customer, I come to collect a check that can only be cashed here and they want to force me to open an account. I have been waiting 1 hour to spend with executives and there are still 4 people before me and of the 5 executives, only 2 are working. Avoid if you can come here or have issues with this bank @HSBC, terrible service.
