Fui a tramitar una nueva tarjeta de débito, el día que llegue, después de 2 hrs me dijeron que no había sistema y me reagendaron para otro día. El segundo día que acudí a esta sucursal cerró por un brote de COVID-19 dentro de la oficina (Es natural por como tienen a la gente esperando), y me mandaron a otra sucursal. Al final han hecho mal uso de mis documentos, me dieron la tarjeta pero jamás la pudieron activar por problemas internos de la compañía (firme 2 veces el contrato, quedaron de llamarme para avisarme cuando podía hacer mi primer deposito y ese día no ha llegado). Aunado a la situación, contraje el virus durante los días que estaba tramitando la tarjeta; si bien no es posible definir dónde exactamente ocurren los contagios, si puedo argumentar que varias de las "vueltas" eran totalmente innecesarias si se hubiera hecho bien el tramite desde un principio.
I went to process a new debit card, the day I arrived, after 2 hours they told me that there was no system and they rescheduled me for another day. The second day I went to this branch, it closed due to an outbreak of COVID-19 inside the office (It is natural because they have people waiting), and they sent me to another branch. In the end they have misused my documents, they gave me the card but they could never activate it due to internal company problems (I signed the contract twice, they agreed to call me to let me know when I could make my first deposit and that day has not arrived) . Added to the situation, I contracted the virus during the days that I was processing the card; Although it is not possible to define where exactly the contagions occur, I can argue that several of the "laps" were totally unnecessary if the process had been done correctly from the beginning.
