★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienen 3 cubículos de atención al cliente y solo esta en funcionamiento uno. Para entregar una tarjeta de débito en este cubículo tardan más de 45 minutos :-0.
En las cajas lo mismo hay dos o tres empleados y solo tienen una ventanilla en servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es pésimo.. Lo que le sigue.. El personal es muy déspota y grosero.. Nunca quieren trabajar.. Fui a la apertura de una cuenta y que solo hasta las dos de la tarde y no tenian personas, ni fila, yo fui a las3 y casula el otro banco HSBC sin problemas me atendieron, hoy fui a cancelar mi tarjeta y quwrian el contrato, siendo que solo con mi ine y la tarjeta se podia resolver.. Deberian de hacer algo al respecto.. Ya que no es una queja.. Son varias y uno no va al banco a que lo traten mal aparte tardan mucho, se que para la apertura de una cuenta son 40 minutos.. No dos horas y para que te pongan peros.. Pffff.. Atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que ofrecen en esta sucursal es pésimo, estuve esperando 2 horas y no avanzaba ni una sola persona, pasarón a otras personas que según tenían cita, mi trámite duró 15 min, de 3 personas nunca avanzo la fila en 2 horas.
