★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al menos en sábado por la mañana.
Fui y la fila estaba enorme para pasar a cajas, luego se agotaron los valores y nos indicaron que Fuéramos a la sucursal del centro de Toluca, pero sin ningún tipo de pasé preferente o algo, ya que habíamos esperado ya bastante tiempo en la línea.
Llegando a la sucursal del centro había demasiada gente y estuve haciendo fila por casi 2 horas para que al final terminarán cerrando la sucursal.
El banco se excusó echándole la culpa a la empresa que les lleva los valores, sin embargo consideró que debió tratar mejor a los clientes que ya habíamos hecho una fila y esperado nuestro turno.
Me hicieron perder todo el día, dinero y finalmente no resolvieron nada.
Altamente irrecomendable.

I went and the line was huge to go to boxes, then the values were exhausted and they told us to go to the branch of the center of Toluca, but without any preferential pass or something, since we had already waited a long time on the line.
Arriving at the branch of the center there were too many people and I was lining up for almost 2 hours so that in the end they will end up closing the branch.
The bank excused itself by blaming the company that carries the securities, however it considered that it should have treated the customers who had already lined up and waited for our turn.
They made me lose all day, money and finally they didn't solve anything.
Highly irrecommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los prejuicios hacia los extranjeros. El banco no quire abrir la cuenta aunque traes todos los documentos en orden y mas de lo que viene en su página. Te dicen que tienen que checar, no se que y te van a hablar y claro que nunca lo harán. Pues para abrir una cuenta de débito hasta que me dio risa que no respetan los requisitos de ellos mismos. Es una experiencia desagradable y esta institución bancaria no tiene orientación al cliente. No lo recomiendo. Con BBVA tenía la mejor experiencia.
Prejudice towards foreigners. The bank does not want to open the account even if you bring all the documents in order and more than what is on their page. They tell you that they have to check, I don't know what and they are going to talk to you and of course they never will. Well, to open a debit account until it made me laugh that they do not respect the requirements of themselves. It is an unpleasant experience and this banking institution is not customer oriented. I do not recommend it. With BBVA I had the best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos no quieren trabajar así de simple y te mandan a otra sucursal, lo más lamentable que tienes que regresar por qué esa es tu sucursal asignada por el folio de la aclaración por qué hay un seguimiento
Terrible service, the executives do not want to work that simple and they send you to another branch, the most unfortunate thing is that you have to return because that is your branch assigned by the clarification sheet why there is a follow-up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que horror de banco, les recomiendo NO abrir una cuent en HSBC. Que fea atención al cliente tienen los ejecutivos, mala educación y sin ganas de apoyar a sus clientes. Les importa poco perder a sus clientes. Colas largas, no hay dinero en cajeros, no se puede hacer depósitos, cancelan tu tarjeta a cada rato, es pura decepcion
What a horror of a bank, I recommend NOT opening an account at HSBC. What ugly customer service executives have, rude and unwilling to support their customers. They care little about losing their customers. Long queues, there is no money in ATMs, you cannot make deposits, they cancel your card every so often, it is pure disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperé por un ejecutivo para abrir una cuenta de nómina por 45 mins y justo en mi turno otro ejecutivo metió a sus cuates. Increíble. Nunca me había pasado esto y lamentablemente mi trabajo me pide sacar una cuenta con este banco. El horror.
I waited for an executive to open a payroll account for 45 mins and right on my turn another executive brought in his buddies. Incredible. This had never happened to me before and unfortunately my job asks me to open an account with this bank. The horror.
