I	Iñaki Garrido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una porquería de servicio, lentitud, espera en el sol de más de 40 minutos, indicaciones pésimas llegaba gente y se pasaba de la fila "por qué tenía cita", la señorita que me atendió se levantaba constantemente a resolver otros asuntos, al parecer no sabía bien como llevar mi trámite, y al final resulta que el banco HSBC no abre cuentas a personas nacidas en el extranjero aún si pueden demostrar que son de nacionalidad mexicana. Además la señorita que me atendió se negó a darme su nombre para presentar una queja. A filthy service, slowness, waiting in the sun for more than 40 minutes, terrible indications people would arrive and skip the line "why did I have an appointment", the lady who attended me got up constantly to resolve other issues, apparently not I knew well how to handle my procedure, and in the end it turns out that the HSBC bank does not open accounts for people born abroad even if they can prove that they are of Mexican nationality. Después de 3 visitas no me han atendido para abrir una cuenta de nómina ya que de lunes a viernes solo aperturan cuentas de 9 a 1 pm según la persona que me atendió entre semana, y en sábado solo atienden con cita, según la otra persona que me recibió en sábado, lo cual JAMÁS mencionaron en mis visitas anteriores. El peor servicio que me han dado en un banco. No vuelvo a esta sucursal. Terrible service.
