Es un horror ir, casi en todas las ocasiones está lleno. No avanzan. La atención al cliente es nula. No hay buzón de quejas. Estuve parada una hora en fila para hacer solamente un pago. Muy mal servicio. Lo malo que TENGO que usar ese banco :( si tienen opción no lo usen.
It is a horror to go, almost every time it is full. They don't advance. Customer service is zero. There is no complaint box. I stood in line for an hour just to make one payment. Very bad service. The bad thing is that I HAVE to use that bench :( if you have a choice, don't use it.

We love this bank. They are efficient and friendly . The ATM allows for a respectable amount to withdraw and has lower fees than competitors that we've encountered .

Staff and management here are outstanding. They are quick to help and are always very welcoming. Cash is generally available at the ATM's even on holiday weekends. Highly recommended for international banking. Thank you to all!

ATM is not working, and there is exactly ONE teller, the line and the frustration are growing, I don't understand how they can stay in business, InterCam, here I come!!

Bad first impression with their website form for foreigners to fill out for a checking account! It asks for your CURP, etc, and half way thru it stops working. Got on chat who said we must go in person! Why have an option to open accounts online if website doesn't work. Really bad sign of future problems to come! No thx!

Terrible ATM exchange rate and terrible service--shockingly, bank manager said they are not responsible for their malfunctioning ATM, which ignored my selection to decline the transaction. After the ATM disclosed the high transaction fees, I selected the option to decline the transaction, but the ATM malfunctioned and processed it anyways. The bank manager, Ulises, was very rude and said they are not responsible for their own machines and said there was no one he could or would call about the malfunctioning machine. The only recourse I had was to take it up with my bank in the US, he said.

I have been here in MX for four years. Having major problems with my US bank. Read HSBC is International so I was going to look into opening an account here in San Antonio, MX. After reading these reviews, I would not consider it at this time. The banks here in MX, if they want to have the use of many expats funds to build their bank, they should consider upping their game. I guess I will just have to make a trip back to the US to change to a better bank. Please be warned, I have had a PNC bank account many years prior to my travels here. Since the buyout of the US BVVA bank, they not only have rude and terrible service, but they are stealing my funds and won't let me have access to them. Long story and with the 24 hour negative covid test results to landing in the US has made it impossible to get there now. Mr. Demcheck, out of the Irwin, PA office is the President of the bank as last I can find. They have run me around like a dog chasing its' tail since January, lied; I have that in email writings and other methods, so if you are from the US with a PNC account, be forewarned. I believe they particularly deceive senior citizens. I thought HSBC might be an option as I already have an Intercam account, for some Treasury Bonds. But I guess this would not be a good choice. Just a warning also about those from the US with a PNC account.
