★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ante estos tiempos de COVID19, no hay más ventanillas habilitadas, por lo que se aglomera más la gente y la espera es bastante más de dos horas.
Habilitar un cajero de depósito, para evitar largas filas y se pueda depositar las 24 hrs..
In these times of COVID19, there are no more windows enabled, so more people gather and the wait is well over two hours.
Enable a deposit teller, to avoid long lines and can deposit 24 hours a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clave para tener una mejor experiencia es ir en días martes o jueves que no sean quincena, en caso contrario tendrás que esperar demasiado en filas para cajas o ejecutivos.
El hecho de eliminar la fila de clientes hace aún más lento el servicio, sin embargo el trato con ejecutivos al menos en mi caso siempre ha sido bueno y relativamente veloz.
Los cajeros ATM suelen funcionar siempre y tener efectivo, sin embargo ya están algo gastados y falta un cajero para realizar pagos u otras operaciones.
The key to having a better experience is to go on Tuesdays or Thursdays that are not fortnightly, otherwise you will have to wait too long in lines for cashiers or executives.
The fact of eliminating the line of clients makes the service even slower, however dealing with executives, at least in my case, has always been good and relatively fast.
ATMs usually work all the time and have cash, however they are already somewhat worn out and a cashier is missing to make payments or other operations.
