A	Arlette López Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo dos ejecutivos, no te pasan en el orden en que estás formado, se tardan más de 1 hr en atender a una sola persona, y cuando por fin me atendieron no me resolvieron nada! Me mandan a que lo haga por teléfono cuando de la línea telefónica me mandaron a sucursal. Definitivamente mucho que mejorar Only two executives, they do not pass you in the order in which you are trained, it takes more than 1 hr to attend a single person, and when they finally attended me they did not solve anything! They send me to do it by phone when the phone line sent me to the branch. Definitely a lot to improve

M	Marta Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui temprano, hice fila más de una hora para pasar con ejecutivo y no pude esperar más por mi trabajo,, apenas habían atendido a 1 persona en ese lapso de tiempo, y había 3 más delante mío. Regresé a las 16:16 otro día y que ya era tarde y los ejecutivos no me iban a atender porque había dos clientes antes y demoran 20 minutos con cada uno (ajá). El tiempo de ellos es valioso, el de los clientes no. I went early, I lined up for more than an hour to spend with an executive and I couldn't wait any longer for my work, they had barely attended 1 person in that period of time, and there were 3 more in front of me. I returned at 4:16 p.m. another day and it was already late and the executives were not going to attend me because there were two clients before and they take 20 minutes with each one (aha). Their time is valuable, the client's is not.

n	nekomata hime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, excelentes condiciones de los cajeros, excelente atención, lo único malo es que el banco se encuentra abierto y disponible hasta la apertura de la plaza (horario de la comer el pueblito) que es después de las 9am. Good location, excellent conditions of the ATMs, excellent service, the only bad thing is that the bank is open and available until the opening of the plaza (lunch time in the town) which is after 9am.

Solo una ejecutiva atendiendo y no llevan control de fichas o registro, por lo que aunque haya poca gente tardas bastante They force you to take out an account for disability payment, until I went to another branch they told me that it was not necessary.
