No abre el sábado, cierra a las 5pm en semana. Varios problemas sin soluciones (transferencias, tarjeta, condiciones de contrato, cierre de cuenta).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion por parte de todos los empleados de sucursal condesa, les falta capacitacion, nadie sabe nada y como no tienen o no estan capacitados a nosotros los clientes nos dicen que nos contactaran y jamas lo hacen, no les recomiendo hacer ningun tramite en estasucursal.

No le dan prioridad al cliente ni a su tiempo.
Vine a abrir una cuenta de nómina como requisito de mi trabajo, pero en cuanto pueda me cambiaré de banco.
No había nadie en la fila y me dijeron que me atenderían hasta que terminaran de hacer un trabajo, mientras me tuvieron esperando, ademas con respuestas súper groseras.

Esto fue en la sucursal de la colonia hipódromo condesa en la calle Sonora 180 el supuesto gerente Noe Sánchez me gritó, me hizo ademanes agresivos, supuestamente llamó a la patrulla y me corrió de la sucursal.
Esto debido a que debía hacer un retiro en efectivo en las cajas por un monto alto y necesitaba la autorización de un ejecutivo. solamente hacía un ejecutivo atendiendo a un cliente, no había nadie en la fila de las cajas y un ejecutivo y el gerente no tenían a nadie atendiendo.
Pasaron 10 minutos y nadie nos atendió entonces fui con el gerente Noe Sánchez a pedirle atención para la autorización. Me levantó la voz haciendo ademanes agresivos, me corrió de la sucursal y me amenazó llamando a la policía. NO PUEDE SER POSIBLE EL MAL USO DE AUTORIDAD QUE LEVAN A CABO.
INACEPTABLE EL TRATO DE NOE SÁNCHEZ.
