No tiene sus horarios actualizados ni tampoco algo en la puerta que informe que abrirán más tarde. Estoy desde 8:30 am esperando a que abran

Pase en domingo a las 4 de la tarde al cajero automático, bastante conveniente al estar a unos pasos de la estación del metrobus, además que sin gente y bastante tranquilo, no tuve problema con el cajero y la sucursal de ve amplia, además al rededor parece una zona bastante tranquila aun que a esa hora y el día parecía bastante solitaria.
Go to the ATM on Sunday at 4 in the afternoon, quite convenient since it is a few steps from the metrobus station, also without people and quite quiet, I had no problem with the ATM and the branch of wide view, also around It seems a fairly quiet area even though at that time and day it seemed quite lonely.

Esperé por 40 minutos para pasar con un ejecutivo y pasaron a una persona que llegó después de mi porque había hecho cita con el ejecutivo, que poco respetan el tiempo de la gente y cuando cancelas sus servicios todavía preguntan cuál es el motivo. Hubiera sido respetuoso decir que no me iban a atender conforme los turnos y que uno decida si espera o no, así uno se puede ir sin perder el tiempo
I waited for 40 minutes to meet an executive and they passed a person who came after me because he had made an appointment with the executive, who little respect people's time and when you cancel their services they still ask what the reason is. It would have been respectful to say that they would not attend to me according to the shifts and that one decides whether to wait or not, so that one can leave without wasting time

La sucursal lleva dos días cerrada. Al preguntar por qué en otra sucursal, informan que es porque se está desinfectando. Y cuando pregunté por qué demonios no ponían un letrero que lo indique, me respondieron “eh... es que no se puede”. ?
The branch has been closed for two days. When asking why in another branch, they report that it is because it is being disinfected. And when I asked why the hell they didn't put up a sign indicating it, they replied "uh ... it can't be done." ?

The bank messed up and blocked my account for supposedly not updating details which I had done at this location weeks before. I've gone back multiple times without it getting fixed. This last time I spent an hour in line during my lunch break and it still wasn't my turn. Very slow and nothing gets done. Really frustrated because I've had an account for over 15 years and treated very poorly. NO follow up by account executives. I guess I will have to keep going back and pray they'll fix their error since telephone service doesn't even recognize my account exists after they blocked it.

The service is very slow. Either some co-worker keeps interrupting, they dont have a direct phone line with the rest of HSBC to get things done or you keep coming back because of some document didnt went trough
