★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los empleados tardan en atenderte a pesar de que están desocupados y por si fuera poco en 3 ocasiones me cobraron comisión en mi tarjeta sin justificación. Terminé cancelando todas mis cuentas en ese banco. Cero recomendable.
 Terrible service, the employees take time to assist you even though they are unoccupied and as if that were not enough on 3 occasions they charged me commission on my card without justification. I ended up canceling all my accounts at that bank. Zero recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente insatisfecho, la poca atención de los trabajadores para los clientes: informales, carecen de la capacidad de resolver problemas, groseros, no hay quien auxilie a las personas, algunos sin cubrebocas , comiendo, entre ellos platicando, etc.
Ojala coloquen a gente mas capacitada en todos los espacios.
Totally dissatisfied, the little attention of the workers for the clients: informal, they lack the ability to solve problems, rude, there is no one to help people, some without a mask, eating, talking to each other, etc.
I hope they place more qualified people in all the spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las señoritas "ejecutivas" de cuenta no ayudan a resolver los problemas, incluso mienten con tal de no ayudar, llame por teléfono a HSBC y ahí si me ayudaron con las dudas que tenía. Pésima atención en sucursal, a pesar de los malos comentarios que tienen no les interesa cambiar.
