★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por parte de algunos empleados para no decir nombres pero pronto iré para averiguarlo tratan con discriminación y racismo a ciertos clientes se me hace una falta de moral ya que igual son unos simples empleados y reciben un salario y deben cumplir con si trabajo así como todos.
El dinero no es educación queda claro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi abuela buscaba una cuenta de ahorro son comisiones para poder recibir el apoyo que da el gobierno a las personas de la tercera edad, pero cuando acudió a esta sucursal le mintieron diciendo que no existía la cuenta y le abrieron una con un saldo de apertura de $3,000.
La tarjeta sin comisiones se llama Producto Básico General y es una cuenta de débito internacional que todos los bancos están obligados a ofrecer a sus clientes por ley.
Cuando acudí a reclamar me dijeron que la tarjeta no existe y que si existe solo es para créditos. Aparte de que se portaron groseros.
Solo volveré a HSBC para cancelar esa cuenta en seis meses.
My grandmother was looking for a savings account, they are commissions to be able to receive the support that the government gives to the elderly, but when she went to this branch they lied to her saying that the account did not exist and they opened one with an opening balance of $ 3,000.
The card without commissions is called General Basic Product and it is an international debit account that all banks are obliged to offer their clients by law.
When I went to claim they told me that the card does not exist and that if it exists it is only for credits. Other than that they were rude.
I'm only going back to HSBC to cancel that account in six months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, solicité una factura de mi coche desde hace 3 meses y no me la han entregado, el mismo gerente no sabe donde está, pésima atención, no recomiendo nada esa sucursal.
Terrible attention, I requested an invoice for my car for 3 months and they have not delivered it to me, the same manager does not know where it is, terrible attention, I do not recommend that branch at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente, fui para cancelar una tarjeta primero me dijeron la tenia que tener en zeros depues volvì y me dijeron que por lo menos le depositara 5 pesos y me dijeron que me ayudarian a cancelarla sin hacer fila el dia siguiente fui y el caballero julio ni siquiera estaba en sucursal para ayudarme descaradamente engañan a sus clientes.
Terrible customer service, I went to cancel a card first they told me I had to have it in zeros then I came back and they told me to deposit at least 5 pesos and they told me they would help me cancel it without queuing the next day I went and the gentleman Julio wasn't even at the branch to help me blatantly cheat their customers.
