Llegué en la tarde y aunque ya estaba en el banco me dijeron que era un trámite largo y lo más probable era que no se pudiera hacer porque ya era tarde.
Very bad service, super slow, there are only two advisors, slower than a turtle. I arrived in the morning and I had to leave because they took a long time. I arrived in the afternoon and although I was already at the bank, they told me it was a long process and most likely it could not be done because it was too late.

I have never had problems with attention as much as advisors and at the window the service is fine.
