★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en escritorio. Hay 3 ejecutivas y sólo atiende 1. Las otras 2 se van por tacos acabando de abrir la sucursal y le encargan a la otra dar el recado a su jefe: ‘Si llama José Miguel, dile que fuimos con un cliente’.
 Terrible desk service. There are 3 executives and only serves 1. The other 2 go by tacos just open the branch and they charge the other to give the message to his boss: 'If you call José Miguel, tell him we went with a client'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan demasiado tienen 4 cajas y siempre solo hay maximo 2 personas atendiendo tienen a la gente afuera por la pandemia y adentro la sucursal sola haces fila y pasan a la gente que ya conocen los cajeros pésimo servicio la sucursal no tiene cajero para realizar pagos solo para disponer de efectivo
They take too long they have 4 boxes and there is always only a maximum of 2 people attending they have people outside due to the pandemic and inside the branch you only line up and pass people who already know the ATMs, terrible service, the branch does not have an ATM to make payments alone to have cash
