★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atencion, solo que no tiene fila para clientes, la fila es solo para tarjetahabientes de sus tarjetas Advance y Premier, los usuarios comunes tenemos que hacer la fila con los demas mortales :(

Fui a aperturar cuenta de nomina y el ejecutivo no me termino el tramite solo me tomo datos y huellas y me dijo que regresara hasta el lunes porque se atraviesa semana santa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos se niegan a atender, a pesar de estar libres solo están ahí sentados y otros comiendo. Hacen esperar más de 2 horas para un trámite que no es tardado.
Terrible service, the executives refuse to attend, despite being free they are only sitting there and others eating. They make you wait more than 2 hours for a procedure that is not long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HSBC debería desaparecer pero como sirve para los enjuages, Pésimo servicio, a ver a que horas ya tiran esas impresoras cavernícolas que se tardan 20 años en imprimir un baucher que a los 3 días ya ni se ve.
HSBC should disappear but as it is used for rinses, Terrible service, let's see what time those cave printers throw out that take 20 years to print a baucher that after 3 days you can't even see.
