★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen medidas contra covid-19. Además que uno de los ejecutivos nos contrato una tarjeta de crédito que no pedimos seguro solo por tener su comisión, y cancelarla fue un gran problema. Para sacar dinero y usar el depositador está bien, pero para hablar con ejecutivo o ventanilla... pésimo.
 They have no measures against covid-19. In addition, one of the executives hired us a credit card that we did not ask for insurance just because he had his commission, and canceling it was a big problem. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a sacar dinero al cajero de este HSBC. En ese momento iban llegando los ejecutivos de ese banco SIN CUBRE BOCAS. Les hice el comentario y me dijeron que ellos SOLO lo ocupaban dentro de la sucursal aunque el ares de cajeros es cerrada. De igualmente le pedí a una señora que esperaba entrar al banco que se pusiera su cubrebocas a lo que me contesto que ella no se lo ponía para adquirir anticuerpos. Una irresponsabilidad de estos usuarios y ejecutivos tomando en cuenta que esa señora por su edad avanzada y su obesidad se debería cuidar más. Tomen sus precauciones si acuden a esta sucursal ya que es claro que estos ejecutivos y algunos usuarios de este banco no siguen las recomendaciones de salud.
I went to withdraw money from the ATM of this HSBC. At that time the executives of that bank were arriving WITHOUT COVER MOUTH. I made the comment to them and they told me that they ONLY occupied it inside the branch although the ATM area is closed. Likewise, I asked a lady who was waiting to enter the bank to put on her face mask, to which she replied that she did not wear it to acquire antibodies. An irresponsibility of these users and executives taking into account that this lady due to her advanced age and obesity should take more care of herself. Take your precautions if you go to this branch as it is clear that these executives and some users of this bank do not follow the health recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En HSBC ha sido característico el mal servicio y la atención patética. Sin embargo, puedo decir que el servicio y atención de esta sucursal es muy buena. La atención del Gerente es muy amable, empática y enfocada a resultados. Así también la subdirectora a quienes felicito ampliamente. Agradecido.
At HSBC, bad service and pathetic attention have been characteristic. However, I can say that the service and attention of this branch is very good. The attention of the Manager is very friendly, empathetic and focused on results. So also the deputy director whom I congratulate widely. Grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no tienen ejecutivos y no te atienden, nadie te dice nada. Los ejecutivos se salen a tomar llamadas siendo que hay muchas personas en espera. De lo peor en HSBC.
Terrible attention, they do not have executives and they do not attend to you, nobody tells you anything. The executives go out to take calls when there are many people waiting. The worst at HSBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que atiende en caja muy amable, pero te echan un mega choro para hacerte tranza. Fui a cobrar mi incapacidad del IMSS, me dijeron que el IMSS solo había autorizado que me pagaran por transferencia, según por seguridad y por el monto, por lo cual tenía que abrir cuenta con ellos y hacer la portabilidad de mi nómina. Pero como no accedí a la portabilidad me dijeron que me cobrarían comisión mensual de $55 + IVA y no podía cancelar la cuenta antes de 3 meses. Decidí ir a otra sucursal y sin problema me dieron mi dinero.
No asistan a esta sucursal! No pierdan su tiempo ni su paciencia
The lady who attends the box very friendly, but they give you a mega choro to make you tranza. I went to collect my disability from the IMSS, they told me that the IMSS had only authorized them to pay me by transfer, according to security and the amount, for which I had to open an account with them and port my payroll. But since I did not access portability, they told me that they would charge me a monthly commission of $55 + VAT and I could not cancel the account before 3 months. I decided to go to another branch and they gave me my money without any problem.
Do not attend this branch! Don't waste your time or your patience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a copy of a document and without letting me know they deducted from my account the amount of the copy with out my knowledge before I even picked it up. A good business would it be to charge me when I pick up the copy and give me the option of how to pay it and NOT helping themselves to the money in my account.
