Me dijeron que tenia que marcar a los números de teléfono porque hay no podían hacer nada anterior mente ya e marcado pero no contestan y por eso acudí a la sucursal pero no me quisieron dar la atención,por ese motivo voy a cancelar mi cuenta de ese banco ya que desde que lo abrí me di cuenta que no sirve para nada BBVA tiene mejor atención y servicio.
Until today I had not had any problems, today I went and they did not want to attend to me with a problem with my mobile banking.
They told me that I had to dial the phone numbers because there they could not do anything beforehand and I dialed but they do not answer and that is why I went to the branch but they did not want to give me the attention, for that reason I am going to cancel my account from that bank since since I opened it I realized that it is useless BBVA has better attention and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es excelente,debo reconocer que hoy no hubo sistema y a pesar de la afluencia de personas dan un buen trato y servicio, trabajaron hasta las 6 pm. Y eso ningún banco lo ha hecho para apoyar a sus clientes muchas felicidades y en especial a la srita @ngeles medina es muy amable ,tiene un servicio de calidad y paciencia para con sus clientes realmente te ayuda a solucionar tus dudas y todas tus aclaraciónes.
The service is excellent, I must admit that today there was no system and despite the influx of people they give a good treatment and service, they worked until 6 pm. And that no bank has done to support its clients, congratulations and especially to Ms. @ngeles medina she is very kind, she has a quality service and patience with her clients, it really helps you to solve your doubts and all your clarifications.
