★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasas lento a las cajas, se siente un poco obscuro aunque tengas T.v., y el personal es muy amable puedes acceder con silla de ruedas.
You go slow to the boxes, it feels a bit dark even if you have T.v., and the staff is very kind you can access with a wheelchair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue mi banco favorito hasta que fue afectado por denuncias de lavado de dinero, todos los clientes estabamos "bajo la lupa". Cuando cambiaron de gerente vino lo peor, me congelaron mi cuenta 2 veces, al final los mande al diablo por congelar una cuenta de NÓMINA, que estaba perfectamente referenciado el origen de los depósitos.

It was my favorite bank until it was affected by allegations of money laundering, all customers were "under the microscope." When they changed managers, the worst came, they frozen my account 2 times, in the end I sent them to hell for freezing a PAYROLL account, which was perfectly referenced to the origin of the deposits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existen 3 cajas habilitadas y si te va bien habra 2 cajeros pero por lo general solo hay 1 el servicio es super lento y al gerente no le interesa que haya colas hasta afuera cosa q no pasa en Bancomer q esta a un lado.
There are 3 enabled boxes and if it goes well there will be 2 ATMs but usually there are only 1, the service is super slow and the manager is not interested in having queues outside, something that does not happen in Bancomer that is on one side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy limpio, la atención de los ejecutivos y ventanillas es excelente aunque tardan mucho en realizar su trabajo.
No está el objeto dónde tomas turno para que te atiendan los ejecutivos, debes estar muy al pendiente para que el cliente que llegó después de ti no lo atiendan primero.
En las ventanillas se hace una una fila muy larga.
Hay cajero ATM y para depositar en efectivo.
Si no fuera por el tiempo que tardan en atender, le pondría las 5 estrellas.
It is very clean, the attention of the executives and windows is excellent although they take a long time to do their work.
There is no object where you take turns so that the executives serve you, you must be very attentive so that the client who arrived after you is not served first.
There is a long queue at the windows.
There is an ATM and to deposit cash.
If it wasn't for the time it takes to serve, I would give it 5 stars.
