De por si sus trabajadores son muy lentos en atender, los días sábados "supuestamente" deberían de cerrar a las 2 p. m. pero en realidad cierran a la 1:30 p. m. y no tienen ni la decencia para avisar; solamente te cierran la puerta de la sucursal frente a tu cara y no importa que haya una fila esperando. No valoran el tiempo de sus clientes. Además, la supuesta "gerente", no sabe darte una respuesta o solución a tus problemas y solo se justifica con el "Es que hay pandemia" ¡Muy mal servicio! Por eso prefiero la atención en BBVA y Santander.
Terrible customer service! In case their workers are very slow to attend, on Saturdays "supposedly" they should close at 2 pm. m. but actually they close at 1:30 pm. m. and they don't even have the decency to warn; They just close the branch door in front of your face and it doesn't matter that there is a line waiting. They don't value their clients' time. In addition, the so-called "manager" does not know how to give you an answer or solution to your problems and is only justified with "There is a pandemic" Very bad service! That is why I prefer the service at BBVA and Santander.
