Tuve que esperar más de 20 minutos para que alguien me atendiera... 4 empleados y dos clientes! Por favor! Al final me fui ya que solo me repetían "mi compañero le ayuda en un momento" y una de las zánganas haciéndose las uñas This branch is an ill-told joke. I arrived early today Saturday. El ejecutivo que me atendió de apellido Corpus o algo así, lo hizo de manera prepotente. No pido me que traten con flores, pero por lo menos tengan poquita educación y trato con el cliente, es todo. Obviamente no abrí la cuenta. TERRIBLE SERVICE I waited for my turn for 50 minutes, I wanted to open an account. The executive who attended me with the surname Corpus or something like that, did so in an arrogant way. I don't ask you to deal with flowers, but at least they have a little education and deal with the client, that's all. Obviously I didn't open the account.

Llegué y el ejecutivo en llamada queriendo cerrar venta con una fila de 6 personas esperando atención en escritorio. No hay gerente y menos organización. Terrible service on Saturdays. Le envié la documentación de mi esposa ya tiene casi un mes y todavía no llega. Regresé a la sucursal para volver a realizar la misma petición, otro gerente que ni siquiera se identificó me dijo que todo estaba bien, pero esto fue al día 17 de septiembre, hoy es 1 de octubre y tampoco me llega la tarjeta. En el servicio por teléfono, no hay otro folio de solicitud. Pésimo servicio. Terrible like any other HSBC branch. I opened the account requesting an additional debit card from the manager Carlos. I sent you my wife's documentation, it is almost a month old and it still hasn't arrived. I returned to the branch to make the same request, another manager who did not even identify himself told me that everything was fine, but this was on September 17, today is October 1 and I did not receive the card either. In the telephone service, there is no other application sheet. Terrible service.
