★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el día de ayer y el horario de cierre es a las 4, deberían actualizarlo y el cajero para depósitos no sirve, acudí al de Loreto y no acepta pagos si la cantidad incluye centavos, es increíble la ineficiencia de este Banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hablan del Banco para ofrecer la tarjeta de crédito si les dices que no estás interesada en sus servicios contestan que si te están llamando es porque ese es su trabajo que mínimo deberías de adquirir la tarjeta y no hacer que pierda su tiempo en explicarte los beneficios. Son muy groseras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros se saturan y les importa poco (son dos cajeros y la caja de depósitos). Priorizan a los clientes con cuenta, los clientes externos entran en filas que pueden demorar más, lo cuál no es nada práctico, pero llevan esta costumbre en todos los bancos.
Si llevan carro, recomiendo dejar en estacionamiento, se requiere ir con tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores sucursales que haya visitado. Tardan demasiado tiempo, es increíble que en la fila pueden haber 8 o más personas y los ejecutivos no atienden a las personas. Sus escritorios vacíos, o se la pasan en su cel o están haciendo llamadas. Y al dirigirte al gerente, solo te dice que por favor esperes (más). Terrible la logística que maneja éste lugar.

Tiene mucha afluencia de gente en las fechas cercanas a la quincena y la fila para pasar a cajas es bastante larga en esas fechas, a pesar de eso la fila avanza con rapidez el tiempo aproximado es de 20 min. En el caso de pasar con un ejecutivo los tiempos de espera pueden ser de una hora más o menos, el tiempo de tu entrevista depende del tramite a realizar.
En mi caso la experiencia fue buena, la ejecutiva que me atendió sabe darte alternativas según lo que buscas, se nota que tiene experiencia, con buena disposición para atenderte.
