★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El peor banco en Mexico HSBC. No hay sucursal útil ni personal eficiente. Es dinero de uno que están manejando y te tratan como si el favor te lo hacen ellos.
 Terrible service. The worst bank in Mexico HSBC. There is no useful branch or efficient staff. It is money from one that they are managing and they treat you as if they do you the favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que he recibido en cualquier banco. Los ejecutivos son super lentos, no se lleva un control de la gente que está esperando. Mis tiempos de espera siempre han sido mayores a una hora, incluso cuando no hay personas esperando ejecutivo. Recomiendo ampliamente asistir a cualquier otra sucursal.
The worst service I have received in any bank. Executives are super slow, they don't keep track of the people who are waiting. My wait times have always been over an hour, even when there are no people waiting for an executive. I highly recommend attending any other branch.

THEY TREATED ME VERY WELL, THEY GAVE ME ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION, I HAVE NO DOUBTS UNTIL THEY GAVE ME RECOMMENDATIONS TO HANDLE CREDIT CARDS I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE MOBILE BANKING THEY DISCHARGED IT THE SAME DAY IT WAS NOT OPENING THE DATE. There isn't anyone to help with business accounts on M, W or F and the phone number is mostly worthless. They didn't seem to care I plan to change my business to a different bank. This bank has become worthless. I cannot use my business account for business purposes....
