★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve tratando de comunicarme x telefono y en dos ocasiones después de tenerme esperando x 13 minutos colgaban, la voz en la grabadora menciona "por favor no cuelgue, su llamada es muy importante para nosotros" jajajaja mas irónicos no pueden ser.
I was trying to communicate by phone and twice after having waited for 13 minutes hung up, the voice on the recorder mentions "please do not hang up, your call is very important to us" hahahaha more ironic can not be.

Estuve 1 hora escuchando la platica que tenía la ejecutiva con una clienta y se la pasaron riéndose (ya no eran temas bancarios) que mal que en sus horas de trabajos estén platicando cuando la fila de clientes es larguísima y llevamos ahí horas
