El Gerente nunca puede atenderte
Quise levantar una denuncia y me dijeron que el 01800 es solo para clientes y que podia llamar de un telefono de ahi que ni linea tiene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la cantidad de espacio que tienen bien podrían poner una sala de espera con asientos, pero en vez de eso, tienen espacio para filas de 30 o 40 personas, y siempre está vacío. Si vas a atención, ponen una libreta donde anotarse al llegar, pero van llamando de acuerdo al orden de la fila, haciendo que la libreta de nombres sea totalmente inútil, ya que ni siquiera la revisan. Quien vaya para aclaraciones, ir mentalizad@ para estar un rato parad@ haciendo fila.
With the amount of space they have they could well put a waiting room with seats, but instead, they have room for rows of 30 or 40 people, and it is always empty.
