★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy prepotentes, mala atención en general en especial la gerente ya que al ser déspota y estar mal en sus procesos a punto que los mismo ejecutivos la orienten en los procesos, de preferencia acudan alguna sucursal cercana a esta, por el momento en los demás sitios fue un trato MUY diferente.
Very arrogant, poor attention in general, especially the manager since being a despot and being bad in their processes to the point that the same executives guide her in the processes, preferably they go to a branch close to this, for the moment in the other sites it was a VERY different deal.

El único ejecutivo atiende con la atención individual adecuada, lo cuál es estresante para las personas en espera pero cómodo para quien recibe la atención.
La persona que atiende o resuelve tus dudas en recepción antes de pasar a caja o con un ejecutivo está ausente, por lo que aumenta el número de personas en espera.
El ejecutivo a veces sale de oficina a cubrir las dudas del área de cajeros ATM, lo que prolonga el tiempo de espera.
