★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a hacer un pago o trámite en caja es rápido pero si vas a abrir una cuenta o algo donde tengas que pasar con un asesor, es horrible, te dejan esperando como media hora (mínimo) aunque sea algo muy sencillo y se tardan muchísimo en el trámite que sea, además de que la atención no es la mejor. En general, no recomiendo mucho HSBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asqueroso servicio, para cobrar una incapacidad te piden tu carnet, llevo más de 5 incapacidad que cobro en otras sucursales y jamas me piden el carnet la atención es nefasta y no conocen la atención al cliente, aparte de que no ofreceb una buena actitud empiezan a dar servicio de cajas 9:15. Estoy muy molesto porque me cuestionaron porque viene a su sucursal y no fui a la que me corresponde dentro de mi zona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De esta sucursal lo único bueno y eficiente es el estacionamiento ya que es de gran utilidad para esperar tantísimas horas al familiar que va a realizar cualquier trámite.
Se recomienda llevar un buen libro y el celular con carga completa por aquello del aburrimiento.
