Para abrir cuentas... no sirven. Y esto, en tooooodas las sucursales, el mismo cuento de siempre. The worst pinshy bank in Mexico. Online banking does not let you in, its employees at the desks always have weba and never attend. To open accounts ... they do not work. And this, in all the branches, the same old story.

Ahora tengo que volver a ir a la sucursal a cancelarla. Pero con esta pandemia no po he hecho porque estoy embarazada. The branch manager opened two accounts for me, one Advance and one regular, he told me that in a month the Advance was going to be canceled, it is almost December and that hasn't happened. El " ejecutivo" de cuentas "premier" Idelfonso Contreras esta mas preocupado por salir a comer con sus compañeros que por dar solucion a tus problemas bancarios. Todo lo hace rapido, mal y de mala gana. La "Gerente" Karen Hernandez es lo mismo, se la pasa platicado con los cajeros en lugar de supervisor a su gente y agilizar las larguisimas colas para los cajeros en esta sucursal. Solo hay 1 cajero trabajado. Terrible service. I don't know how they can have such unprofessional and skilled people. The "premier" account "executive" Idelfonso Contreras is more concerned about going out to eat with his colleagues than about solving your banking problems. He does everything fast, badly and reluctantly. The "Manager" Karen Hernandez is the same, she spends her time talking with the tellers instead of supervising her people and speeding up the very long queues for the tellers at this branch. There is only 1 cashier worked.
