Si pudiera dar cero estrellas las daría. Espera largas para asesor financiero, cuando uno tiene servicios con otros bancos es inevitable comparar. La atención mala, en cuanto a la cantidad de empleados respecto la demanda del servicio. El tiempo de espera excesivo, 40 minutos, en BBVA hice el mismo movimiento y tarde máximo 5 minutos. Información oportuna, malo, el personal amablemente sólo se pasan la responsabilidad entre ellos.
If I could give zero stars I would give them. Wait long for financial advisor, when one has services with other banks it is inevitable to compare. Bad attention, in terms of the number of employees regarding the demand for the service. The excessive waiting time, 40 minutes, in BBVA I made the same movement and it took a maximum of 5 minutes. De las peores sucursales que existen. Tardas una eternidad en ser atendido. Personal mal capacitado y ni siquiera hay asientos para esperar sus lentitud.Facilmente es la peor sucursal del país.

Acudí para sacar una tarjeta de nómina en sábado, no había mucho personal, estaban pocas personas dispuestas a atenderte. Hay una mujer llamada Carmen, muy amable, atenta y con muy buena actitud; disfruta su trabajo y te resuelve cualquier duda que surja. Acudí el día lunes porque porque su sistema que fallaba, no se vínculo y la sacaba a ella de la plataforma, no estaría mal que mejorarán esa parte como herramienta de trabajo. Les ayudaría a los que si trabajan en sus corporativos. Las demás chicas aunque trata de ser uno comprensivo de si tuvieron un mal día; te responden de manera indiferente, como si no les interesará a qué vas, no te atienden como es debido, lo hacen de forma déspota.

Not very good service. ATM took muy card and I came to get a new one. But in this office director declined me the transaction, though on hotline of HSBC they told me I can receive new card instead of the lost one with no problem. Very bad attitude. And may be it would be unfair, but in the other office in Claveria they gave me new card in 15 min with no problem. So it's not some law of the bank, but just discrimination specifically in this office !
